Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements for images and videos.
• Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for digital and multimedia projects.
• Develop animations and video effects that enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Work within brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and video composition.
• Creativity to translate concepts into visually compelling images, animations, and videos.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while exploring innovative design ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with communication objectives.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 year) in graphic design and video editing.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of 2.5 – 3.5 Lakhs INR per annum, based on experience and proficiency.
