Data Entry Operator

Your role is essential in maintaining well-organized and up-to-date records that support our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data with accuracy and efficiency into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Verify entered data for errors and promptly correct discrepancies.
  • Review and validate data entries to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to address data-related issues and enhance processes.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software and tools.
  • Ability to handle a substantial volume of data while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and resolving data-related matters.
  • Adaptability to evolving data requirements and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • While previous data entry experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range of 1.5 – 2.5 Lakhs INR per annum, based on experience and proficiency.
