- Evaluate voice interactions and data entries to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for voice processes and data entry operations.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members based on evaluation results.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement training and improvement programs.
- Develop and update quality assurance processes and documentation for both areas.
- Contribute to enhancing the quality of both customer interactions and data management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles in voice processes and data entry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for delivering effective feedback.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality analyst role for both voice processes and data entry.
- Competitive salary range of 2.5 – 4 Lakhs INR per annum, based on experience and proficiency.
