Your role encompasses the complete UI/UX design and development cycle, from wireframing and prototyping to delivering polished user interfaces that align with modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and developers to transform conceptual ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that embody user-centered design principles.
• Implement responsive and accessible front-end designs that ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
• Integrate design elements into web applications, ensuring consistent and visually appealing aesthetics.
• Stay updated with design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UI/UX aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Ability to create responsive designs that function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Understanding of user behavior and usability, with the ability to incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, Diploma or related field.
• Proven experience (1 year) in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of 2 – 3 Lakhs INR per annum, based on experience and proficiency.
