Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via voice calls, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our company’s values.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to provide accurate and consistent information.
  • Document customer interactions, details of inquiries, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
  • Proficient in English, especially American English, with strong comprehension and pronunciation.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating customer support systems.
  • Adaptability to varying customer personalities and situations.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
